Is it really free for participants?
Yes. Your organisation funds the application packs, so participants pay nothing when they use your invite code. The free CV check is always free and unlimited.
What do participants need to sign up?
An email address and your invite code or link. To build a tailored application pack, they’ll also need their CV or work-history details and the job ad they’re applying for.
Can we see which participants used their packs?
Your team can see invite-code use and pack activity linked to your organisation. Usage reporting is arranged for your package; tell us what your funder needs during setup. Participants’ CVs and application documents aren’t automatically shared with your staff.
Do unused packs expire?
Unused packs roll over for 12 months. Monthly billing can be cancelled any time; stopping renewal does not remove packs that are still within their validity period.
Can we pay by invoice or from a grant?
Yes. Standard invoices are on 14-day terms, POs are welcome, and Provider offers 30-day invoice terms. For grant-funded programs or annual upfront payments, we’ll quote to fit your budget.
What happens to participant data?
Participants control what they supply and share. CV text and job details are processed to create feedback and application drafts, including through our AI providers, which may process data overseas. Source CV and job-ad text is removed after 30 days; generated documents and account records have different retention periods. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
Will it make up experience?
No. Packs are built from the experience participants supply, with gaps flagged rather than filled with invented details. AI can still make mistakes, so participants should check every draft before using it.
